The back of this postcard tells us that this natural gateway consists of two enormous masses of red sandstone forming the entrance to the gardens. On the right hand rock is the formation called the Kissing Camels, and in the distance is Pikes Peak and Mount Manitou. Just beyond the right hand rock is the Hidden Inn, a building of Pueblo Indian architecture.
