This vintage postcard features Abraham Lincoln's Boyhood Home 1811 - 1816 - Knob Creek Hodgenville Kentucky.

The back of the postcard tells us: Located on US 31-E between Hodgenville and Bardstown, is the Lincoln Boyhood Home Site, where the Lincoln family lived from May 1811 to December 1816. Lincoln's younger brother, Thomas Jr., was born here and died here on this farm.

Abraham Lincoln's earliest recollection was of this Knob Creek place.
