Vintage New Jersey Postcard Fort Dix Soldier Feeding in the Field Basic Training 1960 Excellent Condition

The vintage postcard features Fort Dix in Pemberton Township New Jersey back in the 1960's. Soldiers are being fed out in the field during basic training.

The back of the postcard tells us: This postcard is unused as far as being posted and I suspect a soldier may have sent this home in a package as his message says "This is the way they feed us when out in the field or in the firing range".

It should be noted that Fort Dix is now part of Joint Base Maguire-Dix-Lakehurst.
