This vintage postcard features a scenic view of the Eisenhower Museum in Abilene Kansas.
The back of the postcard tells us: Upon this homestead, a gift of the Eisenhower family, this memorial building is erected by a grateful people of the United States in honor of Veterans of Americas Wars, the Eisenhower family, and the leadership of Dwight D. Eisenhower.
Ektachrome photo credit goes to Don Richards. I am not classifying this as an RPPC however because on close inspection it has the dots associated with a lithograph. If it were a true RPPC it would have no dots.
This does not affect the value of this historic postcard in the least, however I do not choose to mis-represent it as a high quality RPPC when it is not.
Published by Photography House Topeka Kansas. Genuine natural color postcard made by Dexter Press, West Nyack New York.
This vintage postcard is unused, and is in excellent condition. Dating it to around 1965 due to the use of a zip code on the back of the postcard by the publisher credit.
