Vintage Postcard Winter Quarters Cemetery Omaha Nebraska Monument Mormons 1970 Excellent Condition

The vintage postcard features Winter Quarters Cemetery 3215 State Street Omaha Nebraska.

The back of the postcard tells us: More than 340 deaths occurred at Winter Quarters from the fall of 1846 to the spring of 1848. On September 20, 1936 a heroic sized monument was dedicated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints in remembrance of those buried. Sculpture by Avard Fairbanks.

This vintage postcard is unused, and is in excellent condition. Because the address of Dunlap on the back is using a zip code, I'm dating this to be around 1970.
